One of our esteemed clients, a leading shoe retailer ordered a whatsapp marketing campaign for them.
We developed an innovative story telling campaign for them. This campaign was meant to promote its popular product Desert boot. Participants needed to chat live with three characters with link to desert boot and its coveted place in history. Campaign innovatively took users back to 1960s Paris, the Reggae generation of Jamaica and the MOD era.
Whatsaap was primarily used to target millennials and was successful in changing perception about desert boots in their minds. We and the client felt that live chat could help engage better with youngsters and we were proved right
One of our clients, a leading mayonnaise brand, hired our whatsapp marketing service.
We used whatsapp to give customized experience to Latin American consumers. First this whatsapp campaign was used in Brazil and after its instant success, this campaign was used in Uruguay, Chile and Argentina too. Once users signed up for this campaign innovatively named whatsCook, users needed to upload photos of contents of refrigerators, so that chefs could provide advice on what to cook. Although this campaign was accessible via social media platforms, users preferred whatsaap as it provided direct and personal element. Whatsaap enabled receipt of answers to questions right at the moment of need.
This campaign was hugely successful in Brazil with 13000 users signing up and more importantly 99% users reporting approval. Buoyed by the success of this whatsaap marketing campaign, we used whatsapp for many other clients.
